For valuable consideration I hear by give the Photographer mutual copyright permission to use my picture and I authorize the use and reproduction of it by you and or by anyone authorized by you. This Includes any and all photographs taken of me for the following purposes without further compensation to me. I hear by give additional permission for the photographs of me to be retouched in any way that enhances the photograph or my image as is necessary for publication, resizing or for artistic or commercial purposes. I also give permission for any and all photographs to the photographer for rights to license my image and for rights managed stock photography with no further compensation to me.
