To be on this site and to be available to advertisers and businesses for sponsorship the minimum is required: 1. Email images to modelonabottle@gmail.com 2. Click here to tell us what you want in your online portfolio Your information is protected and not given to any third parties. Rules: No nudity. No implied nudes. No glamour nudes. No linking to pornographic, sexually explicit sites or phishing sites. Lingerie photos are probably not going to appear on the label unless it doesn't look like lingerie. No links to web pages or sites that have any of the above. It's understandable that many Models have nude photos in there portfolio and that is not an issue, we just can't link to them. Thanks for understanding. Remember this will end up in some ones home and that someone may have kids that use the internet. For now, the Model or subject needs to be 18 yrs. old. Types of Photos we are looking for Models: Swimsuit, sports, action, glamour, beauty and fashion. Age 18 yrs. and older. Any race. Weight or height is not an issue but please be fit. Your page will not state your weight or measurements. Photographers: Submit your most awesome work that shows off your talent. The kind that says "Wow", I want that photographer to shoot me. Your subjects need to Male or Female age 18 and over. The type of images should portray action, sports, intense, fun, personality, swimsuit, beauty, fashion, glamour, musicians, athletes. You can have great scenery or buildings in the background or use a studio it's up to you. Light or bright backgrounds seem to print the best and are easier to see. Musicians: Really cool bands in action. Musicians can use there album cover if it looks really awesome. Interesting photos of the musician (s) that show personality, drama or beauty. 1. Artists: A person or people should be in the photo but if it's exceptionally interesting, submit it for review anyway. The artwork should capture a persons attention and hold it. Celebrities can be on there way to stardom and can be Actors, Actresses but should have a following. A-list would be great but we are totally open to up and coming. 1. ONLY MODELS PHOTOGRAPHERS MUSICIANS ARTISTS CELEBRITIES ATHLETES OR FEATURED PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO BE FEATURED ON THE FRONT LABEL FOR DISTRIBUTION TO STORES AND EVENTS. ADVERTISERS CLAIM SIDE SPACE. AFTER YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE Image Copyright Permission and License Agreement Look these Forms over carefully and select the right one. Save me some time by saving that form to your computer the open it up in your photo editing program. Then insert or Place the image (s) you wish to license and resize the image to fit. You can fit up to 6 thumbnails per page. Then save the file and print it out. Have the blanks filled in then copy and email modelonabottle@gmail.com or snail mail back to me. If you are not a geek like me or you are just too busy then email me with the images you wish to license tell me which form you want to use and I will do it for you.
This Form is the Advertiser Acceptance Form. This means the Advertiser pays you through Model on a Bottle the right to advertise on your brand or on the label next to you. After you have your Image copyright Permission and License Agreement filled out, this form will be emailed or snail mailed to you and has to do with accepting the Advertiser. The reason for this form is so you can control your image and if you have contracts with other company's this gives you control. For example an Advertiser might be for a Jeans company and you may have a contract with another Jeans company which would compete and cause you problems so this form alleviates worry, stress and legal problems. This form is only necessary if you want to share the label space with an Advertiser and you have signed a licensing agreement. If the Advertiser is also the featured person on the label such as in the case of a Musician who wants an Exclusive Brand this form still needs to be filled out. This form is for the featured person to sign who has been selected by an Advertiser or is the Advertiser and who has copyright permission for their image to be printed on labels next to the advertiser.
If your work rocks and you know it get the Premier and show it off. This website gets a lot of traffic and will get a lot more.
Premier membership is only 5.95 per month for a 20 image 500 kb each Online Portfolio and each 20 image add on portfolio page is only 3.95 each a month. (40 images available to license in your portfolio only 9.90 mo.) Having more images on your page available to License means the opportunity to multiply royalty income. It also means more opportunity's for exposure to Businesses. I want the Premier Portfolio.

Model on a Bottle is for General Audiences and for the General Public. Member agrees not to provide a link to phishing sites, spam generating sites or any site that has is involved in these types of activities 3. Member agrees to only submit images that they physically own or own the copyright to or share the copyright to or has copyright permission for. 4. Member agrees to hold harmless Model on a Bottle any activities out of the reasonable control of Model on a Bottle such as the submission of false Model/Photographer Identity, unwanted attention, defamation in any way, or any event not for seen that could cause harm to any person associated with Model on a Bottle. 5. Member understands that if Model on a Bottle finds at anytime links from Members Model on a Bottle Webpage to any site that has Nudity, Pornography, Phishing Schemes or any of those types of sites that Member will loose there link Immediately and all future opportunity's for sale of there exclusive Model no. on Model on a Bottle website and Store. 6. Member understands that the royalty payments are from wholesale sales from Model on a Bottle but member may purchase at anytime bottled water products on this site and resell for a profit so desired in addition to the royalty profits, advertiser pay and cash bonus's as they wish.
