because it determines how much you can earn from the advertiser so please don't
put things that have nothing to do with the work you have done. Career
high lights means where you have been published, where you've been seen, how

this will end up in some ones home and that someone may have kids that use the
internet. For now, the
Model or subject needs to be 18 yrs. old.
Be safe. Never give out your last name, Home phone, address
or place you work on your web page. Rent a mail box for business use. Be
wary of people who contact you online. They don't always post there real
picture and are not always who they say they are. Always use an Alias and always
do a key word search on yourself to make sure your name is not connected to
identifying info related to the above. If you are interviewing a new
photographer for a photo shoot meet in a public place. If you decide to do the
shoot and it is not at a studio or outdoors in a public place bring a friend if
you feel uncomfortable. Remember, you are in charge of your own safety so be
sensible. Be wary of Nigerian Scam Artists pretending to be me. They
will try to send you a check and ask you to send money back to them. I've
already heard of one incidence of this from one of the Models. You will
always receive an email from me before I send you a check and I will always
validate before sending and check to see you have received. Nigerian scam
artists send western union. I don't.
Types of Photos
we are looking
for
Models:
Swimsuit, sports, action, glamour, beauty and fashion. Age 18 yrs. and
older. Any race. Weight or height is not an issue but please be fit. Your page will not
state your weight or measurements. This is about being fit, healthy, happy
and beautiful or interesting so show your happiness, your personality and inner
beauty as well as your outer.
Photographers:
Submit your most awesome work that shows off your talent. The kind that
says "Wow", I want that photographer to shoot me. Your subjects need to
Male or Female age 18 and over. The type of images should portray action,
sports, intense, fun, personality, swimsuit, beauty, fashion, glamour,
musicians, athletes. You can have great scenery or buildings in the
background or use a studio it's up to you. Light or bright backgrounds
seem to print the best and are easier to see. Super dark or shadowy photos
look great blown up but on the label are harder to see. Photos should have
good contrast and be sharp.
Musicians:
Really
cool bands in action. Musicians can use there album cover if it looks really
awesome. Interesting photos of the musician (s) that show personality,
drama or beauty.
Artists:
A person
or people should be in the photo but if it's exceptionally interesting, submit
it for review anyway. The artwork should capture a persons attention and hold
it. It should make a statement and create feeling.
Celebrities:
Just
submit a really awesome photo of yourself. One that YOU like and one that shows
how you would people to see you. Celebrities can be on there way to
stardom and can be Actors, Actresses but should have a following. A-list would
be great but we are totally open to up and coming.

Look these Forms over carefully and select the right one.
Save me some time by saving that form to your computer the open it up in your
photo editing program. Then insert or Place the image (s) you wish to
license and resize the image to fit. You can fit up to 6 -10 thumbnails per
page. Then save the file and print it out. Have the blanks filled in
then copy and email

license tell me which form you want to use and I will do it for you.

America for licensing this form will be emailed to Talent with the Images placed
on Form. This guarantees in writing royalty payment, copyright permission
and terms. This form is multi use and can be used by Model, Talent,
Photographer, Studio or Agency or any combination of. This form also sets
terms for payment and division of royalty's in shared situations.
As each Individual Image is licensed per the Advertiser an
additional Form called the Advertiser Acceptance Form will be emailed to Talent
and this form
is the one that guarantees in writing the advertiser payment
whether from an Advertiser or Model on a Bottle TM and let's the talent know
that image will start receiving royalty's based on sales.
After form is signed and sent back a Check will be mailed to Talent.
If your work rocks and you know it get the
Premier and show it off. This website gets a lot of traffic and will get a
lot more.
Premier
membership is only 5.95 per month for a 20 image 500 kb each Online Portfolio
and each 20 image add on portfolio page is only 3.95 each a month. (40 images
available to license in your portfolio only 9.90 mo.)
Having more images on your page
available to License means the opportunity to multiply royalty income. It also
means more opportunity's for exposure to Businesses.

Model on a Bottle is for General Audiences and for the General Public.
Member agrees not to provide a link to phishing sites, spam generating sites or
any site that has is involved in these types of activities
3. Member agrees to only submit images that they physically own or own
the copyright to or share the copyright to or has copyright permission for.
4. Member agrees to hold harmless Model on a Bottle any activities out
of the reasonable control of Model on a Bottle such as the submission of false
Model/Photographer Identity, unwanted attention, defamation in any way, or any
event not for seen that could cause harm to any person associated with Model on
a Bottle.
5. Member understands that if Model on a Bottle finds at anytime links
from Members Model on a Bottle Webpage to any site that has Nudity, Pornography,
Phishing Schemes or any of those types of sites that Member will loose there
link Immediately and all future opportunity's for sale of there exclusive Model
no. on Model on a Bottle website and Store.
6. Member understands that the royalty payments are from wholesale
sales from Model on a Bottle but member may purchase at anytime bottled
water products on this site and resell for a profit so desired in addition to
the royalty profits, advertiser pay and cash bonus's as they wish.
