My name is Micah
La Certe "HITCH" I'm a 28 year old that stays very busy. I am a Pro Fitness
Model, Actor, Personal Trainer, Online Trainer, Life Coach and a Club Promoter
for Martini Corner. With everything that I do including staying in top shape I'm
working about 70 hours a week which doesn't leave me much time to do anything
else. I love helping people get in the best shape of their lives. Its the main
reason I do everything I do. The more exposure I get the more people I can help.
As much as my pictures may make you assume I'm a partier, I am not at all. I
live a super healthy lifestyle, Don't Drink, No Drugs, Eat Healthy, Workout, I
live and breathe FITNESS. That lifestyle (excluding drugs, I never got into all
that) was fun when I was younger but I have far too many goals in my life then
to waste it living that lifestyle plus I need my sleep :). I refuse to be around
people that are living that lifestyle week in week out. I had to cut a lot of
people out of my life but it has made my life much less stressful.
You must make
the right choices, be in the right environments and have the right people around
you. By living this way you become happier and you will have a much easier time
reaching all your goals.
I love traveling
, love trance and techno music, and fantasy football :) When I get time I try
and hangout with my friends and family. I have the best friends in the world.. A
group of about 10 Guys and Gals across the nation most being on my top friends
list. This is a networking tool for promotion and business although I do like
making new friends with people that have similar lifestyles and interests. If
you ever have any Fitness/Health, Modeling questions, please feel free to ask
me. I get 150-200 emails a day sometimes so I apologize now if I don't get back
with you. "My space" is like a fulltime job at times. For those crazy people out
there that feel it is acceptable to write nasty perverted emails you will get
BLOCKED.. I don't have time for disrespectful people.
