 Shipping not included.  $9.00 Pallet Charge for orders under 30 cases.  All shipping is FOB to business unless Lift gate is ordered. $20.00 for Lift gate. That is for how ever many pallets you have in the truck.  $20.00 for residential delivery.

Be ready for driver and have help unloading.  If you are not there, additional charges will occur for redelivery.
